The Metro Manila traffic enforcers. Kahit saan kahit kailan, ang dami nila… may mga crooks and crocs. Ma pa chocolate boys, ma pa yellow boys. (BTW, meron din naman straight enforcers. Ilan-ilan nga lang.)
